Corsairs: Freewater Bay is a single-player pirate adventure where you command your own ship and explore dangerous seas in search of buried treasure. Begin in the safety of Freewater Bay, take a chart from the expedition board, and set sail. Walk the deck, take the helm, fire broadsides, or jump overboard and swim ashore. Explore Dead Captain’s Island, challenge the defenses of Blacktide Fort, and brave the storms and shark-infested waters of Stormfang Island. Fight with a cutlass, pistol, or musket. Scout with your spyglass and play the lute to recover health between battles. Follow treasure charts, dig up chests, carry them aboard, and secure your cargo before returning home to claim your reward. Spend your gold on weapons, upgrades, new ships, and sail colors. Choose a swift sloop, a sturdy brig, or a heavily armed frigate. Your purchases and gold survive defeat—but treasure left undelivered is lost. Sail, explore, fight, and return with your fortune.
